Nominations are underway now and will continue through to the summer of 2007. As Co-Chair of the Candidate Search Committee, I can tell you that the John Tory Team we will be presenting to voters in 2007 will be the strongest Ontario PC team ever assembled. The integrity of our Leader John Tory is attracting outstanding women and men from diverse walks of life, communities, and national origins. Our candidates will truly represent the many strengths of our great province.
Our fundraising efforts have been nothing short of phenomenal. After ending the last campaign in 2003 with a significant debt, we have made great strides in paying that debt down and are well positioned to raise the funds we need to fight a winning campaign.
On the policy front, John Tory and our Caucus have spent countless hours talking to people across this province about the things that matter to them. Our policy platform will reflect the priorities and aspirations of Ontario 's citizens and will come with an ironclad commitment to keep every promise made.
To those of you who visit this site regularly and are already working for victory in 2007, I offer my heartfelt thanks. It is because of your efforts that the Ontario PC party is once again a strong voice in this Province, ready to form the next government.
